We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a quality target, with WCAG Level AA informing contrast, semantics, keyboard access, focus visibility, motion, and responsive behavior. This statement describes a goal and current design approach, not a certification of complete conformance.

- A meaningful HTML experience that does not depend on WebGL.

The Solar Instrument is a decorative and contextual visual layer. Core claims, capability information, trust boundaries, contact details, and legal routes remain in the document. If motion is reduced, graphics fail, or JavaScript is unavailable, essential information remains available.
